Barbara oversees project coordination, ensuring every contract progresses smoothly from planning through delivery. She serves as a key link between our clients and operational teams, coordinating activities, monitoring project milestones, and supporting effective communication throughout the production cycle. With a background in Public Administration from the University of Ghana and experience in customer service, she brings excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills to every project.
