Emmanuel leads Nature Home Farms’ operational strategy, overseeing commercial production planning, contract execution, and continuous improvement across the company’s farming operations. Prior to Nature Home Farms, Emmanuel held leadership roles in retail operations, legal, ethics, compliance, environmental health and safety, and risk management with global organizations including Walmart/Sam’s Club and Amazon/Whole Foods Market. He brings extensive experience in building operational systems, driving process excellence and managing risk. Today, he applies this expertise to develop a transparent, reliable, and scalable agricultural production model that delivers consistent quality and dependable supply for commercial partners.
